I just bought an '06 double cab that for some reason is missing the rear headrests. Didn't think it would be an issue, but my kids have hit a growth spurt and now they're needed to be safe.

Anyone know if you can buy generic headrests? Or where to buy them without breaking the bank?

I'm new here, and to Tacomas, but loving the community and all the info.

    Thanks!

Call around to some salvage yards in your area and see if you can snag some good used ones or maybe post in the 2nd gen parts marketplace and see if someone wants to sell theirs, many people take them off if they don't use the rear seats for better visiblity.

Thanks! Don't hate me, but I'm a Mathews guy ;)
I do like what John Dudley has been doing over at PSE though.

You're a bowhunter, that's more than good enough for me.

Salvage yards are asking as much as $160 each. Anyone know if the fit is pretty standard and I could just buy another brand?

Get a few posts under your belt and then post it up. You’ll get what you want. I’ve seen people asking for the same parts and there were multiple people who had them to sell for very fair prices.
