Cool RC Tacoma!

I prefer sleeping in hotels rather then camping so I did not install it yet.

It does come with bed rack, tent, snorkel, cool stickers and some extra goodies.

 

I dont plan on the snorkel. Was mostly curious about the bed rack. Lots of people are going to have these now so I no longer have the only Minime.
I will customize this new one so at least it's a little different.

 

I had a big 4x4 Semi back in the 90's and had a blast with it. Also had a Team Losi stadium truck with modified motor and electronic speed control. That thing was fast.

What electronics is the go-to these days? I had a Futaba pistol controller/receiver back then.

 

Wake me up when there’s a full-on VR/RC rally in Moab I can attend from the comfort of my Barkalounger.


(I’ll also need a map of the 3000 TW RC enthusiasts along the route there and back who will rotate tires and charge my battery…)

You think what we had back as 90's kids was fun/fast...man you are going to love the world of brushless motors and lipo's.

 

These are ready to run (RTR). Comes with remote and all electronics. All you need is to buy a lipo battery and charger and you are ready to rock.

 

They are also selling one that comes with a lipo and charger, it's called the combo pack. We have a couple of those coming in September.

 

Well I have a little experience building the 2 minime's but that's about it. Just dont know much about different motors, servos etc.

 

I really need to gather up all my old RC stuff. But here is my old Losi XXT CR all upgraded to modern brushless electronics. It will wheelie on command down the straights.

I also have the newer Losi Ten SCTE that is an animal.

 

I saw it and had to get one. Pretty neat.

 

How tall is it? I was able to find the length and WB.

I got my combo pack. Looks great in person! Now if only it were Inferno…….

 

Well you will just have to change that or buy another clear body to paint. Mine should be here next week.

 

Yes! I have some Inferno paint, so this thing is on the list for paint!

By the way. If anyone is looking for a receiver cover , get a panel clip that fits and trim it square. 89 cents at Ace.
