@Squatting Pigeon @wilcam47 made the wife a pie with that cheese last night. Definitely didn't melt and do the usual cheese things but the taste and mouth feel was pretty good.

    That looks tasty!

It’s all about trade offs I guess. I haven’t been able to find one that does it all. FWIW I found out the other day Costco now sells Violife shreds in bulk if the wife likes those.

Yeah Truff has become my go to hot sauce on taco tuesday. Especially good on carne asada. Took me a while to pick it up with a $15 price tag but once I saw how it flew off the shelves I broke down and bought a bottle.

Recently a Di Carlos Pizza shop opened in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio. The signage looks like what I remember of them when I was growing up in the Ohio Valley back in the 70s and 80s.
    Does anyone remember them?
They had shops all over back then and I thought they were gone. The Falls is out of my way but I am going to have to make the trip and try it again. I remember they baked the pizza with no cheese on top and then threw it on just as the pizza came out of the oven. It would be half melted. Yum.
