Overbuilt Footwell LED

2 sets of footwell LED's, one bright, one subtle.
Bright is tied to Cab Illumination circuit at the negative (switch side) of the overhead lamp. This provides ON at Unlock/Lock and Door open. Off afterwards. If overhead lamp is turn ON, they also turn ON.
Subtle LED's are tied to relay which is actuated when TAIL is selected.
Overhead and Maps lamps are swapped to LED to lower amp consumption with added footwell LED's.
