    as previously mentioned; email corporate, cc the manager. attach the contract;

    when I have issues of he said she said, I usually gather the info, attach the evidence and let them know I have sought legal council and before proceeding with litigation would like to give them the opportunity to rectify the problem in writing. Let them know a time frame your council is expecting for a response [48hrs] or what ever.

    fingers cross they bite and a solution can be worked out.

    also let corporate know one person saying something bad about the dealership is going to multiply by maybe 10 fold by word of mouth, and if its on the internet [as you intend to post] it will be upwards of 100's of thousands of people viewing and responding, where as if some one were to say something positive about the dealership you'd be lucky if even one other person hears about it.

    I would be upset also and not let it slide. ffs why? its sheer incompetence & fraud

    do U have a Written contract ??

    are Ur expectations realistic...........any written contract binds U no less the dealer

    may Not meet Ur expectations or implications

    service contracts are Very Specific.............What is expressed time / mileage more than oil changes

    dealers around these parts off ‘ LIFTIME WARRANTY’ at no Extra cost...............why pay $1600+ ????????????

    I have been against extended warranty since I bought one back in 1998 on my Tacoma and when shit happened they would argue that it was not covered when it was. Finally after many attempts to prove that they were covered they gave in fixed it with no apologies,nothing. Warranty paper is good for wiping your ass with at least you get some use out of it lol.

    Now a days it's all electronic, so you can't even use it for that.

    I bought one on a used Accord yrs ago was I glad I did, master cylinder, water pump, power steering pump, rack, carb and an ignition switch. The second time I bought one for a Hyundai Elantra, the regular warranty replaced the transmission but it covered the 3 week rental. That's one I shouldn't have gotten,as a first owner. Used a different story.

    Get the leather wet and bone it around the gun. Or if you're making holsters to sell you buy plastic replicas of each gun you want to make a holster for.
