Wiring help needed!

I bought the Meso Customs BD5 3rd brake light containing 3 red baja design rock lights and 2 white. The directions recommend using a relay, so I bought a relay and wiring kit. Now I'm super confused about the entire wiring process. I watched all the install videos and read all the threads on TW but each one has missing steps or show completed wiring pics that don't help me. I'm located near Olympia, WA and will pay someone in western Washington to wire it up professionally. Mahalo!
