    Hey gang just sold my 1998.5 dodge ram I am now in the market for a taco I’ve been hearing different things about engines and so on, so I’d like to ask what is the best year , engine , ect.

    That’s a very subjective question.
    My opinion is the 2013-2015 Tacoma with the 4.0 engine.
    Others will have a different opinion.

    The 4.0 is a V6.
    I have had both the 4 and 6 cylinder.
    The 6 is much more powerful, I tow quite a bit.
    It is a huge improvement over the 4 cylinder.
