Total team effort and it feels good to hear !

 

There are very appreciative people out there always there to give you water or coffee or even a few bucks from time to time . When I do this condominium complex in Fitchburg MA, guy and his wife bring out a little bag of snacks and such and a hot cocoa when it’s cold …. Always nice

 

Just hot and humid here, but the rental truck has air! Got a rental trailer now too as my trailer broke a spring on the drop axle. Door on the rental trailer is a bitch to to get up and won stay up, I gotta jm a stick in it so it wont drop down on the forklifts going in and out of the trailer, grrr. And there isn't a tire that matches on it, lol. Thank God it's just a rental.

 

So Saturday my glasses broke, got an appointment for an exam tomorrow and then I'll have to wait for them to be made. I can see well enough to drive but it's not good. I wear bifocals, I can't see realy far or close in clearly, in the middle is my sweet spot, lol. You don't realize how much you rely on your glasses until you don't have them.

 

Ugh! Hate when that happens!! Not necessarily the wire, just starting early and having issues before mechanics show up

Every stop I've had has been waiting to get into a dock! I really need to get off early today to make my eye dock appointment. My glasses broke and it sucks not having them, everything is fuzzy and out of focus, a little tough driving the last couple of days.

 

I just managed to drift my tractor trailer around some muddy ass corners. Was actually quite fun. Nothing like big rig mud bogging.

 

The only way through is to stay on the gas and give er hell... so thats what I did. The excessive rain we've been getting has made the woods mighty slimey.

 

Got the rental trailer door fixed yesterday am, what a p.o.s.! There isn't a tire on it that matches, lol. But I'm working, hauling bins of fastners. I picked up my new glasses after work. So nice to be able to see everything in focus. Got a pair of prescription sun glasses too so now I'm all hooked up! Ok back to work.........

 

And the door just broke again, grrrr. Gotta stop and get it fixed again, what a p.o.s.

 

I found the problem, do you think the mechanic would have checked the track and not just changed out the rollers! I found a screw backed out so I removed it, door works fine now. Grrr. This one screw has destroyed at least 4 rollers, lol. Rental p.o.s.

 

Looks like I just got done doing a rallycross.

 

I get to be a semi real trucker today... going up to one of our tracts in Alabama today... nearly 100 miles one way.

I only have to work 4 days this week. I took a vacation day on Friday so I'll have a 4 day weekend!

 

We don't even get Labor day off... so enjoy that.
