How it started: Sold my 99 4Runner LTD 4x4 February 4th, 2020. Then I flew out around 6 a.m to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina February 5th, 2020 to pick up the Tacoma and drive it back in one day arriving home around 11:30 p.m.

Bought my first Tacoma for $24,250 out the door with 54k miles.

Not to get too personal or anything but do you live in the Hampton Cove area? I swear I use to see this thing all the time over there!

Went on my first official trail ride from Waterloo AL to Pickwick TN. Wish I could have gotten more pictures of my truck but I was riding solo and there was a lot of people which made it hard to stop and hold everyone up. Overall fun trip with lots of water crossings, scenic views from the mountains overlooking the Tennessee river and a few technical hill climbs with some rock features.

Just got the cowl intake mod done and all seems to be well with it’s function. Seemed like a good time as well to post updates on how the engine bay currently looks.

Did a little fender flare trimming, 2.5’ trim using a jig to keep the same contour of the existing flare. 1/4 20 x 1.25 flat head through bolts to keep secure

So do I, although I haven’t had many new additions lately.
I’m looking into new suspension, torn between Kings and Fox.

I was told you will get more miles out of kings before needing rebuilt compared to fox's, and the blue color looks so good.

I heard that as well, and I do like that King Blue.
I’m also a fan of the finer tuning of the DSC adjusters on the Fox. Although I don’t think I’d be disappointed with the King adjusters.
