I need to get my ass to Pennsylvania where my brother lives . They have had antler restrictions for a long time and one buck only rule . Get one with the bow your done , your tagged out. No buck with rifle . It’s only an hour and 45 from me . Many bucks in my brothers county scoring over 140 -150 .

PA does a good job. It took 3-4 years after antler restrictions were put in place to start seeing the results.
