I've had days where I've had low energy and I think I've contributed it to eating too much. Eating past the point of satiety because there's only a few bites left and not enough for a meal later.

In February I started eating an apple a day. Didn't seem to notice any change positive or negative. I can also drink milk again. For the last 10 years it would destroy my gut. Now I have no problem, I'll even add a tablespoon of local honey to it.

I don't lift but occasionally do some sit ups, push ups, leg raises ect and was impressed by how quickly I was able to increase reps.

I can eat a lot of varied foods and am willing to try most, but I can't stomach the taste of liver. I have had it a few times and it literally turns my stomach. I wish you better luck with this venture than I have had.

Some people grind it with ground meat and make hamburgers, that way its not as strong.

I like going carnivore to aggressively course correct a period of not so great eating. So this isn't a permanent thing for me, but I do do it regularly, for maybe 5 to 6 days at a time.

As an aside, it's remarkable how fast you drop weight eating like this.

About 2 weeks ago I started my attempt at a carnivore diet: meat, eggs, fruits, nuts, vegetables and very little starch or carbs, this after I stepped on the scale to find myself at my heftiest weight ever. It's been mostly successful. The cost is expensive. Fortunatley, everybody else in the house (except for the dog) aren't really meat eaters, so I don't feel guilty eating all this meat in front of them.

If you've got the freezer space buying a half beef at a time is the way to go.
