1st gen - it's got a built engine, a turbo, and waaaaaaay too much to list. 3rd gen - basic-bitch lift, S/C, Pro Wheels
When you say "Didn't have a tune..." do you mean other than the one provided by Magnuson or are you running a complete stock ECU tune? Do you have gauges to keep an eye on AFRs or boost level?

It was a total stock tune, my truck is a 2021, and definitely did not have the shifting issues my 2018 did, so I never had it tuned.

I have the Magnuson tune now with the charger, and it does leave a lot to be desired. For the first 200-300 miles shifting was driving me crazy, but it has definitely improved over time/miles.

I dont have any gauges...yet. I run the "Torque" app on my phone which does give very basic intake pressures.

I'd love to come down and assist with my truck , and it would give me a chance to visit with my brother in Baton Rouge - unfortunately I am stuck here for a while - waiting on surgeon to schedule my full knee replacement -then 6 week no travel before release - then the normal rehab. I figure it will be near the end of the year before I go anywhere and that could be iffy. Keep me up to date on the SC Tune status - who knows depending on timing I may make it down.

The turbo Tundra should be solution. Love to check it out and or see pics. I had better stay away from the dealer because I know what would happen!
