Got an 06 manual trans taco with 33s, OME lift with LR UCAs

hearing a high pitched sound that seems to match wheel rotation only in the morning for the first 10-15mins of driving. After 1200rpms I don’t hear it so only in 1st-2nd gear, little noise when reversing.

    any thoughts?

Brakes maybe? If you think it's near the area, try jacking the front wheels up one by one and spin them to see if you can reproduce the sound.
I had this rock stuck at my calipers once on a Celica I had years back. Gouged my rotors while creating high pitch scraping sounds.
