    ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Full day of fun trails! You must have at least 33" tires and skid plates/sliders. Winch is recommended, but not required. Level 3 trails.

List of trails to complete and their descriptions.

    Concession Lake-3+

One of Ontario’s most used trail, Concession Lake has it all. Used by many user groups this trail has a vast mix of rock and low lying areas with spectacular views. A camp / lunch spot is half way through the trail where riders can have a little rest and swim in the beautiful lake. Rocks are all over the trail allowing drivers to hone on their skills. Some rocky areas will put the vehicle in an off camber position of up to about 15 degrees.
    Cautions
Water levels may be up to 24" deep and during spring and wet summers many holes may exceed 36" deep

    Old Logging Trail- 2+
Trail head starts off of the forest access road not too far from the end of the concession lake trail when running it North to South. Running parallel to the concession lake trail and meeting up with it about mid way, riders will experience some technical driving and low lying muddy areas. This trail is perfect for the new driver as it has a bit of everything. Trail ends at Bass Lake road where people can relax and get ready to drive on the road once again, Bass Lake road will lead the drivers back into Bobcaygeon

    Crystal Lake- 3+
Crystal Lake is an all around great trail. Rocky sections mixed with muddy low lying areas, Few bypasses exist in Crystal Lake; you have to follow the trail no questions asked. This trail, named after a popular lake in the area has some steep rock and fairly deep water holes approximately 24 inches in places. With hard rock bottoms most trucks can make it through with out to much trouble. Mid way through the trail you can see some of the damage caused by a huge storm in 2007 which was cleared by OF4WD clubs to make the trail useful again for everyone.

    Gooderham- 3
The Gooderham, named after the town this trail leads to, is an excellent beginner trail. Hard packed surfaces with some climbing and controlled descents allows drivers to hon in on skills while enjoying some great scenery as they pass by make lakes, marshes, streams and rivers. This trail crosses a few roads and other short trails which makes it easy to exit off if the day is running late.

    When: Saturday September 11-12

    general plan:

-Start off on old logging trail
    -Old logging trail to Concessions
-Concessions back onto old logging trail
-old logging trail to Crystal lake
-Crystal lake to loom Lake (can take alternative exit if running out of time)
-Loom Lake to Five points fire road A back on the highway

Hey guys, what do you think about doing Concession Lake and Crystal Lake on Saturday and cancel the overnight sleeping? I know my wife will be a lot happier if I will be home on Sunday :)

    Okie dokie
Looked at the map and here is what I am thinking.

    Can meet up here. https://goo.gl/maps/AhLyx8i4aaWTsYZz6

This is about a 20 minute drive to the trail head.

    From there, we would be:
-Starting off on old logging trail
    -Old logging trail to Concessions
-Concessions back onto old logging trail
-old logging trail to Crystal lake
-Crystal lake to loom Lake (can take alternative exit if running out of time)
-Loom Lake to Five points fire road A back on the highway

    Thoughts? Not set in stone.

If there is more time or we get through it quick we can instead take loom lake up to Salmon Burn
    OR
Continue loom lake up to Gooderham and exit there.

Hope you guys had a good time!

I was able to get home. Had to really muscle the steering wheel to make left and right turns. Couple hours on the highway and it was better.

    current situation…..
