For the past month or so my car play will disconnect and then reconnect within 30 seconds or so every 5 minutes. Some times it will stay connected for 15 minutes or more. My first thought was to replace the iPhone cable which didn’t fix the issue. The head unit is a pioneer nex 5300.

Anybody have any ideas what to check next and how to check it?

Software is up to date on the phone. I’ll try rebooting it in the morning before I go.
