    theyre easy to spot.
    once found a moose 150 yards away by just a brow tine. wind was blowing and the willows were swaying. one little "branch" wasn't swaying in sync. turned out to be a brow tine of a giant bull.
    also use the 5 second rule. if it doesn't move for 5 seconds its not a moose - they're constantly batting their ears to keep the bigs away. even when they're sleeping.
