Have access to a recovery and charge machine here at my shop… It’s automated and will ask the amount of Freon to put back into the truck. Now typically they have the sticker on the fan shroud area, but I’ve since removed mine in place of a scoop for the volant. So I’m wondering what is the proper amount of 134a to put back into the truck once it’s all evacuated.

    Thank you very much.
I’ll try and figure out this Snap On machine that does it all automatically

How many Oz in a can of R134a, the small cans sold all over? 2 12 Oz cans is close enough. Or one full can and use a postal scale to weigh the second can full and then do the math.

You should get 2 12oz cans and a digital scale. And make sure it doesn’t have any stop leak in them.
