I’m trying to figure out this noise so I can address the issue but not having any luck. Videos links below.

This is what I’ve tried. It only makes noise while driving down the road, gets louder and faster the faster you go and never stops. It still makes the noise even if I shift into neutral or if I put it in four-wheel-drive. The noise does not stop or change if the brakes are applied. Near as I can tell it sounds like it’s coming from the passenger front side. I have taken the rear wheels off the ground and run it, no noise and drive shaft rotates smoothly (carrier barring seems to have too much movement but everything is rotating smoothly with no bounce and U-joints seem to be firm and are greasable spicier brand). In park and not moving there’s no noise. Both front CV axles have been replaced. I have jacked up the front end and rotated the front tires by hand and don’t hear or feel anything. I have made sure there’s no rocks, nails or screws in the tires. Any ideas?

Man I don't know about the noise-- but props for strapping on a Go-Pro to the undercarriage for three separate views!

Update, decided to rotate my tires and see if the sound moved, changed or stopped. In the process I was checking wheel weights and found one that was loose, got it tightened up and no more sound.

I actually duck taped an old iPhone on the frame in a few different spots.

    Congrats!

I was gonna suggest an exhaust clamp. I was surprised to find a couple of mine rusted and loose on a 2015 that sounded kinda similar…

    Thanks for reporting back
