How about for a 3,4 liter engine? Anyone tried with a dual exhaust, what were the benefits.

I'm thinking about triing this, I have all the equipment and tools to do it

will i get a o2 sensor code if i remove the cat, anyway around this?

TACOROCK Does your truck have a check engine light due to the CATS being gone?

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
    he hasn't been on in 11 years...so...

but to answer, the rear cats aren't monitored on the 4.0, so you should never see a code get thrown for them.

Good point lol. Thanks for the info, I have been looking into taking off the rear cats so that is very helpful.
