kept hearing a rattling so I jacked up the back tires and spun them and found this metal part (heat shield? I don’t know) around the gas tank was hitting the drive shaft. Anyone know what part I’m missing? I was just off reading so I’m guessing I hit something. I just pushed it back into place. I made a video to better see where it is but it wouldn’t let me upload it

At first glance it appears to be a bolt that goes through the shield and mounts into the cushion on the tank side. Maybe see if there are any other attach points on the tank and see if you can remove one of those bolts, go to Ace Hardware and find its twin.
