I ordered this set. I hope I like how it performs. I have been ordering parts for my install for a while. I hope I can start putting it all together soon.

Keep us posted, I really like those too. Which speaker mounts will you be using with those? John from CDT told me they had a mounting depth of 3.5". Also, 2ohm or 4ohm? They should definitely move some air.

I have DeLander from DiyMobileAudio fabricating me a set of mounts for the doors and for the tweeters.
This is an example of his work.

4-ohm version. I got an AudioControl D6.1200 amp, I plan to go active on the front, omit rear seat speakers and bridge the last 2 channels for a 10 sub in a nice Mr.Marv box.
I don't know anything about tunning, let see how that part goes. I know, I'm deep into the rabbit hole.

The audio control software is pretty easy to use. I recommend getting the bluetooth module though, makes tuning much easier.

Love my arc3, though I never use any of the settings for it... I just use it to turn the sub up or down.

Since i have the DM 810 dsp and 3 audio control amps, I can actually run the arc3 to the dsp to control front midbass or whatever, then put in a arc1 to the acm300.1 for the actual subwoofer.

Ive been eying the Kenwood 907s, how do you like it so far? I know that it is sold out everywhere. I def love that it has the wireless android auto. Im tired of my current setup with oem radio and blutooth dongle plugged into the aux port. The aux port always cuts out even though ive replace it and the cable 2 time now. Im looking at replacing all of my door speaker soon too. Back left is blown and Driver front is starting to go.

Definitely recommend the HU. Just keep searching google and you’ll eventually find one in stock. That’s how I did it, checked multiple times daily. Ended up finding one in stock on ElectronicsExpress.com.

I'm glad to hear that you are still enjoying it. What speakers did you go with or still undecided?

I decided to hold off on the speakers.

Crutchfield told me to go with the JL Audio speakers, I think because they had the highest sensitivity since I wouldn’t be amplifying them.

I really liked the sound of the Memphis speakers the best though. At least just listening to their speaker compare tool.
