Just got a quick report from a neighbor who we thought had left but actually stayed.
He said houses in the neighborhood didn’t appear to have damage which is a great sign.
Still waiting for SIL’s dad to get there as he has access to inside and will do a full inspection.

 

Finished up most that I needed to this morning. Good shit. Time for beer

My stepdad is not overly fond of his brother and I think he was always concerned that he may not be a very polite person to us.

Just talked to SIL’s dad and both houses are fully intact. Neither house lost even a single roof shingle.
Some minor damage to my truck seems to be the worst of it.
