That was also a factor when I chose UCAs… could not have red (jba) and green springs either

That was my concern too. Can you imagine a Red Truck with green springs and blue bumps?

People would think I'm super Mexican for sure. I'm Mexican btw

yeah, can’t have too many colors mixed in. Sometimes it makes things too difficult but at least the other bump stops are all black.

So if you lifted your front up and these were still a tight fit that makes me question it at stock height. Iirc the rear was recommended to still have a gap unloaded to prevent harsh ride, so I wonder if the same thought applies

I thought the same but it's not a harsh ride at all. These must be less dense than the ones they make for the rears because it just soaks up things like cobble stone roads , tar snakes , highway expansion joints and uneven roads without really transferring much of the feeling in the steering wheel.

It doesn't seem to limit articulation but I haven't taken it properly off-road yet.

I would be interested to see if anyone has stock height with these on and how easy it was to install and how it rides. Someone in second gen put em on and said it rode better in the front.

Do you have any additional weight up front from stock? (Bumper/winch/slider etc). I have contacted super springs for clarification because there was a huge misinformation when the 3rd gens came out and the rear sumosprings that were 1st suggested. Fast forward a yr later and they came out with a specific version which was shorter.

For the post about having different colors (green/blue/red), assuming it’s same material type as rears the color won’t stay that bright blue for long. I’ll have to look at the rears again to better explain the change

No additional weight up front for now. It was snug on the taco Lean side where I had to fuss with it a little. I imagine if you jacked it way up you wouldn't have my issue. I jacked up just enough to take the tires off. In hindsight jacking the truck up all the way might be better and the proper way to install these.

Here's an updated pic with them installed. As you can see they are pretty much engaged all the time.

The blues are the ticket for you then. Enough to keep from squatting and sagging but soft enough to not ruin the ride unloaded or light loaded. You might be able to grab em off Amazon too if they are sold out on the website.

So this isn't an actual bump stop, it's a helper spring that replaces your bump stop.

    Meh
