Hello, Im not finding ANY info on replacing Front Wheel Bearings on a 2006 Base Model 5Lug.
Looks like a seal on the back side only. Nothing on the front side.
Any manuals? Video? Diagrams? Any info out there? Thanks!

If your 06 is basically the same as my 13, you will have to remove the knuckle and remove the rear cover/seal. You will then see the rear of the hub held by a giant nut.

The nut could be in the form of a big hex nut, or for some years I believe it's actually a "ring" nut with holes for a special tool.

Remove the nut, then press out the hub (from the rear).

Press out the old bearing / press in the new.

Press hub back in and torque giant nut.

Not sure if there are any other seals other than the cover.

I have not done mine yet - just looked up procedure some time ago. I have a Hub Grappler set, but not sure if I could use it yet because the hub is not hollow because of the nut system. I'll figure it out if I ever have to do mine. I'm thinking I MAY be able to do it by putting the grappler claws from the rear of the knuckle, then using the forcing screw to push the hub out, but that might bend the forcing screw because it's designed to PULL hubs out. We'll see when the time comes. Using the Grappler would make it so much easier because I won't have to remove the knuckle.
