Four-wheel drive actuator skid plate?

    Was wondering if the actuator on the transfer case should have a skid plate, looks like there's bolt holes to put one but mine doesn't have it. I do have the skid plate on the transfer case but that actuator is just hanging out there

    You could get a rear skid plate for the tcase that goes from frame to frame. If you do that, you should probably go 3 full skids front to back.
