If you guys want to set something up I’d be more than happy to cook. Maybe even host. Everyone could pitch in a few bucks for all the shit involved. I like to cook...I’m trying to steer a small side gig cooking at some point.

Those chips seem wildly unnecessary. Not enough BBQ flavor for you? Fine, we’ll add the same ingredients several times over and hope it enhances the flavor profile, rather than changing it.

Ordered some parts from O'Reillys, the email said they should be ready around 1030a. Went down there at 11a, returned the damper puller and checked on the status of the order. Dude at the counter said it wasn't ready, so I headed back to work. Four minutes later, as I'm pulling into the parking lot- they send me an email that it's ready. Bruh....
