Nope but definitely familiar with what he's doing.

I've mentioned the need for an F150 gas tank here before but the upper links then become your limiter. They're too short and with enough droop you run into binding issues as the link(s) are fully vertical.

F150 gas tank resolves the issue with your drive shaft coming into contact with the factory gas tank.

I'll keep an eye on the thread, looking pretty sweet. But Eimkeith's 4 link (due mid 2022) is what I'm mostly looking forward to.

Things boomers think Flowmasters sound good on:
    1. Everything

Things flowmasters actually sound good on:
    1. Low compression smog era V8s
    2. That's it, that's the whole list.

I can tell you the amount of drone they produce on an LS platform engine is truly impressive

15 minutes in my uncle's 6.0L silverado and you'd be deaf and have a migraine.

My buddy's duramax with a full turbo back 5" exhaust had less drone...but it was still pretty bad

They're awful droney like mind-numbingly terrible and it only gets worse with more compression, it starts shrieking and echoing. Modern engines rev higher and that makes it even worse.

It's a little different -- it's not packed like a glasspack. It relies on the geometry of the internals to cancel sound without packing

Funny you say that; I hate Flowmasters but the one car they did sound good on was one of my L98's. A true WS6 as most are just Firebirds with the crappy 305 -

Had put in a complete 4th Gen Trans Am interior; simple bolt on.

    This is completely incorrect.

Flowmasters sound good on nothing. Period.
