    @Alexander20

Could you provide a detailed parts list of what you bought and installed?

From what I gathered from your posts:

URD Sleeve kit + New TOB (Is this an OEM TOB or another mfg.???)

Updated Slave Cylinder (TSB updated? Part Number?)

Updated Fork Support (TSB updated? Part Number?)

THANK YOU in advance, any information helps as this is extremely frustrating.

I used the URD Sleeve kit (which comes with a new TOB, I'm not sure if it is an OEM part or not). As well as replacing the original fork support and slave cylinder.

Here is a link to where I found the TSB PDF file:

    https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sou...FjADegQIGBAC&usg=AOvVaw3BvLvdsbLDIISgOypmAVCh

If that link doesn't work, here are the previous and then current TSB updated part numbers:

    Clutch Release Fork Support:

    Previous Part # 31236-60060

    Updated TSB # 31236-35050

    Clutch Release Cylinder/Slave Cylinder:

    Previous Part # 31470-35180

    Updated TSB # 31470-35181

I bought the TSB parts from a Toyota Dealership, both were OEM Toyota Brand parts.

The URD Sleeve kit was purchased online from URD's website.

Hi there, I am new to TW, I think I may be the only female in here but I appreciate all the info I have gained by reading your comments: QUESTION they are currently replacing the release bearing in my 2010 Tacoma with 180,000 on the clock. Do you know if 2010 Tacoma still had this as an issue? Thanks for any info snowydiamond

After 7000km with my "fix", I still do not have any noise coming from the clutch/throw out bearing area.

Is what you did hard to do? Not sure of my skill level. I recently put on 6112, UCA, 5160's and RideRite airbags and replaced the needle bearing on the drivers side. So I can do a few things but I have never done something like this before.

Is this what you used? https://urdusa.com/replacement-bearing-only-for-bearing-sleeve-repair-kit/

or this along with the updated TSB parts:

I used the URD throw out bearing and stainless steel sleeve kit. Which is the second link you posted. Along with that, I replaced the fork support, and slave cylinder with the updated parts mentioned in the TSB from Toyota. I have posted the old, and updated part numbers earlier in this thread.

Hey I have a 05 xrunner and just did my clutch 2 months ago and the noise started coming on and off. I already scheduled to put a new throw out bearing in but just learned that the throw out bearing is not the problem . Can’t believe there’s no fix to get around that annoying sound because I really like this truck and don’t want to sell it but what is the Toyota tsb kit? And I was told by urd that the sleeve throw out bearing kit is not meant to fix the noise just the shaft but how is it going for you any noises and how long have you been driving with the kit ?

For anyone who might be interested, I have a new URD throw out bearing upgrade kit which I bought for my’07 Tacoma v6 with 6 speed but never used because I traded for a ‘15 Tacoma with automatic. Would like to sell it to someone at a bargain since I don’t need it.

I’ll let you have it for $175 and ship it for free. I paid $225 plus shipping which made it about $240. It’s brand new and never been used. Traded my truck so I don’t need it.
