I have a friend with an 08 and she was told there is possibly a wheel bearing that is going out and in the tranny the throwout bearing sounds like its going out at slow speeds, the tech can hear it when the clutch is used at slow speeds. And there is also a wheel bearing that is going bad.

I know there is a guy on the site that sells wheel bearings, cant think of the name at the moment but that seems like that would be the way to go. The wheel bearing is the lest ot my concerns at the moment. I think I can fix that.

Also, not sure how hard it is to fix a throwout bearing.
    I found that Alexander20
did this and it seemed to fix it. Not sure if that is still the best way to go.

Here is a link to where I found the TSB PDF file:

    https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sou...FjADegQIGBAC&usg=AOvVaw3BvLvdsbLDIISgOypmAVCh

If that link doesn't work, here are the previous and then current TSB updated part numbers:

    Clutch Release Fork Support:

    Previous Part # 31236-60060
    Updated TSB # 31236-35050

    Clutch Release Cylinder/Slave Cylinder:
    Previous Part # 31470-35180
    Updated TSB # 31470-35181
I bought the TSB parts from a Toyota Dealership, both were OEM Toyota Brand parts.

The URD Sleeve kit was purchased online from URD's website.

Thanks for any input. I am trying to help someone out. I can do a few things on these trucks but not sure about the above fix.

    Thanks alot!
