    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
First thing we noticed when we started on Robert's truck today was the brake line was too short.

And I should have known that. I would say I'm a dumbass for not remembering this. But I'm not a dumbass... this is why I told him to get a 3rd Gen T4R... because I have spare parts

    20210904_145421.jpg

+3 @Wheeler's Off-Road Inc brake line. I didn't end up needing it because I'm running a +6 line in back.

Got everything else disconnected. Dropped the axle and pulled the coils.

Thinking he's gunna have a bit of rake till we get a rear swingout on here, and hang the spare off the back.

Cleaned up the panhard brackets to prep for welding in @eimkeith relocate kit.

@theesotericone @MattJakobs do you guys run a rear sway bar?

We got tickets for the Giants game tomorrow. We’re going to park in Pier 30 lot.

Are there any good restaurant recommendations within walking distance of that area? Last time we ended up at 21st amendment which I liked because of the beer…

Google is showing a ton of places but I’d like to get the skinny from people in the know (kind of like how I found out about the pier 30 parking from this thread :bananadance:)

    Thanks in advance.

Nope. None front or rear. You won't even notice it's gone with the 861's.

Test drove. Things are good. We need to get the alignment done this week. That'll aliviate the bump steer. It's a little bit more roll in the back than I'd like but weight from a swing out should tame that.

It quite a bit higher in the back. Hopefully the coils settle some, and we can get moving on a bumper in the back soon.

Not sure what it's like currently, but I like Garaje, HRD, and Mestiza in that area. If you're willing to walk a little further and it's sunny, I'd recommend going to spark social in Mission Bay.

Download "GetUpside" and search for codes. Certain spots you can get upwards of .60c back per gallon. I would post my promo code, but it is against TOS.

In just a few fill ups with my Tundra, I have gotten $45 back, give or take.

LOL. The Valero on San Antonio and Middlefield usually isn't bad. Of course, I only ever used a fleet card when I went there. 8 miles to the South, it's $4.29.

Heh, this Shell is usually $.60/gal more than gas stations even a 1/4 mile away. People still pump there due to convenience.
