How much does the bed from a long bed weigh?

Basically the title, not the total vehicle weight, just the bed.

 

I can't say for specific poundage, but I (at what I would assume is average athletic ability) can awkwardly but not difficulty (with the tailgate removed) pick it up by the front of the bed and walk with it.

It takes two people to remove the bed from the truck to get the fleet side hang downs over the wheels and clear of the frame but if you stand it on the tail light end walk into it and extend your hands straight over your head you can pick it up and walk around with it.

My guess is the bed with the load rails cubbys and bed sides with flares and splash guards is in the neighborhood of 150 lbs ish?
