I had the same issue. Took the cover off of the bussbar and the strut still barely touched the ground terminal...it is what it is, don't like it - take the struts off.

Anyone know the three bolt size that bolts the tray to the body? I might try to run long spacers but would need longer bolts.

With the help from @SpikerEng I was able to get exact measurements of how much space was needed which is 1-1/8". For those who are interested, I was able to source everything at my local hardware store. I didn't take photos of the hardware but I have the labels below --

Just started planning out my tray/ wiring.

Have to wire 40” BD S8 lightbar, 30” BD S8 lightbar, BD Squadron Pro ditch lights, and BD rock lights (x4) and still have future expandability.

@Mr.PowerTrays, recently bought the switchpro tray and accessory bundle. It did not come with screws to fasten the bus bar, fuse block, or terminal block to the tray. Are they not included or is this an error? If they aren't included can you tell me the size/thread pitch that works with the tray? Thanks.

Really liking these setups! But wondering if anyone knows of any issues with using the terminal strip? I saw that Switch-Pro recommends to not use them... Seems like a much easier setup than a bunch of loose wires with butt connectors.

Also, is there a PowerTrays option with a smaller fuse block than the 6 with SP-9100 and terminal strip/bus bar? I don't think I'll need 6 additional hot wires and the ground side of the 6 block seems redundant when using the bus bar.

Modified my gen1 switch-pro tray to work with the switch-pro requested vertical mount. I also switched all my power/backlighting/trigger lines to the fuse block under hood instead of in the cab.

I also cleaned things up (a bit) and painted it black.

15EB58BF-9AE1-4D05-99AE-1584C55CB21A.jpg Installed my PowerTray a couple weeks ago, wrapped this up over the weekend. Ran a pair of #10’s & a couple of smaller spares from the Blue Sea 12 ckt fuse block back to the small passenger side cubby. There they hit a smaller ground busbar & 4 ckt fuse block. From that I’m feeding a Blue Sea Below deck panel (usb & 12v plug) just below the canopy, a quick connect pigtail for a small portable Viair compressor, and canopy lighting that I haven’t gotten to yet. The ground bus bar & small fuse box are mounted on a piece of repurposed plastic cutting board that can be pulled out of the cubby to do any electrical connections. Most of the accessories I also got from PowerTrays & very impressed with the product & a seamless transaction!

I have an offgrid engineering dual battery set up with a switch pro on a power trays. What is the benefit of running the dual circuit breaker battery tie down?

I will be doing the Powertrays w/SP on my 2015 Tacoma sport, are most people doing the big 3 wire upgrade at the same time, or running stock cables?

Stupid question, where do you mount the relays? I'm probably going to use the 6 circuit blue sea, so I'd need 6 relays. Do mount the relays underneath the power tray?

Mine all went in the garage. I went with the power tray and a Switch-Pros to eliminate 8 relays and clean up all the extra wiring that you end up with from running a bunch of switches in the cab. Less wiring gremlins lurking at every connection. If you want to change something down the road it’s stupid easy.
