I want to say the blackout badging was like $460 on dealer stickers back in June when I ordered. I'll miss my inferno, but the new one (super white) should be here shortly. I feel like the white needs blacked out badging. There's tons of overlays out there for way less. Does anyone know which ones are just as good as oem vs Amazon junk? I don't want to put overlays on just to have them not provide full coverage, fall off, fading the sun, get destroyed by winter/elements, etc. I did find some oem tacoma overlays from a dealer for $125. That's a lot for some plastic, but falls somewhere between 460 and 20. The problem is I can only find them for Tacoma. I'd like to black out all of them

I bought the Amazon "junk" for 25$, works perfectly fine. it's been through a Canadian winter, and plenty of rain and car washes.

That is more or less the same thing I have. You'll forget about the minor detail of the A within an hour.

The only issue I really had was taking the 3M tape off the gluey part, I had to get a knife to lift it off in a few spots. Also make sure you clean the current badges well before putting them on, I used to alcohol clean off the chrome badges.

My only requirement was that they had 3M brand tape. I think I paid $50 on ebay.

Good to know. I wasn't bashing anyone for buying off of Amazon. Sometimes it's really a gamble with certain things. I ran into plenty of china crap. It can be hard to filter through reviews because there's always those guys who can't figure out something simple / use the product wrong / get a defective item. Hell I ignored a couple bad reviews on a treestand at bass pro. In my eyes those few bad reviews were the accurate ones
