@BananaMan , placement of dial indicators for more precise work. Just remember on the cross feed it will remove double, like on a diameters. The dials on these old LeBlonde are pretty darn accurate but sometimes I like to watch the indicator too.

We have a couple mag bases like that, I bought this one from an estate sale years ago, wonder when it was made?

Hmm, finding foliage to wipe the rear end with, surely never leaves you with a fresh and clean feeling. But I have done it before.
I figure anything I could cut surely should be able to chop. Same can't be said of a knife.
Pillow, I've used rocks or my shirt or not so fresh pants a time or two.

I am thinking this is a spur of the moment unplanned over night event.

Kinda like the old days when you got dropped off and told to be back in a certain time period .

Give my a pocket knife I am never without I am good.

I've used many a foliage to wipe while hunting, the worse thing I ever used was a leaf off of a corn stalk while picking corn. Got to be sure and use it the right way, it's like sandpaper one way

I've also rolled my pants up to make a pillow.

    Give me a knife.

If I could pick 2, this poll is a piece of cake. Only one selection requires some thinking but I'm going with TP. Wiping with a pine cone just isn't going to happen!

Yes, a spur of the moment camping trip, maybe over a weekend.

I've also been known to sleep in the truck :D

That is the thing if I have my vehicle not much different then being at home.

It gets really easy to nap behind the steering wheel with a little practice .

Yes, and there's not a vehicle in the fleet without a partial roll of TP in a ziploc bag.

I had a 1992 Toyota extra cab truck and a friend and I went to the place we used to hunt on a Friday evening for a Saturday bow hunt, the clubhouse was creepy enough with power and about a mile from the road, a tree had fallen on the power line so we reclined the seats and slept in the truck that night.

I decided to put the trim from our bathroom doors in the truck this morning that I took down 3+ years ago and get most of the old paint off. Used the 4" angle grinder with a flap disc to rough them out then finish sanded them with the orbital sander. Hopefully I can get them up and painted soon after hunting season. I still haven't painted our kitchen trim and I finished it 8 years ago.
