Custom Bed/Roof Rack?

I saw a sweet 2nd gen rig on the road yesterday but I didn't manage to snap a pic.
It was a cabover bed rack, but what was really interesting is there were additional supports down the a-pillar and anchored at the corners of the hood.

Has anyone seen a rack this style before? I thought the a-pillar supports were pretty unique. Just trying to figure out if this was a custom fab or if this is something I could find on the market.

I know the info is really vague, just don't have much else to go off of.
