Yeah they are cheap and it takes 2 minutes. My homie told me about them. No tools needed. Game changer. Probably 35 bucks for the whole set? Can’t remember.

If that sag gets much worse you may want to consider some cross bracing before adding too many more monitors to the setup. Or... are the monitors floating? If so maybe the sag is from before they went airborne.

 

Once you go three monitor setup you can never go back. It may take up a space and power but it is so worth it with most things lol.

They are triple 27" Dell U2717D (2560x1440) The monitors are not floating.

The picture is misleading. There is little to no sag. There is a metal frame under the desk that helps. It's IKEA's Galant desk that was discontinued
I could probably add some small washers between the desk and bracket in the middle to help alleviate the sag. It took me two weeks to rip apart the room, rearrange everything and put it back together.
The cable you see is for the keyboard, I have some USB extension cables on order so I can hide that also. Took two solid days to hide the wires

Don't let the price fool you. I was hesitant at first, but when it arrived, I knew it was a solid product. I've had it for maybe 5+ years.

2 days for the wiring sounds about right. I was laying under my desk for that long making all of the cable runs and snaking them.

Whenever I see my friends with their single monitor, I usually say "peasant".

I recently got a new job where I'm making more money so the first things I'll be buying is a new PC case, TV stand and Samsung 55" TV. My Vizio TV was having issues

 

Whenever I see my friends with multiple monitors I think they must live in the past before ultrawide or super ultrawide monitors existed.

I've looked at ultrawide monitors and curved monitors when I was upgrading my triple 22" setup. To me it looked as if I was taking a step back and kept the triple display setup, just increased the size and resolution.

 

I have a sweet setup, but it is in boxes and I'm trying to sell it..

Yes that is at work. I am a video engineer/camera op/ lighting designer for a TV network that talks about A LOT of sports. The first pic is a video control room for one of our live studios. The big monitor in the middle are all TV cameras in the studio.

2nd pic is the area where all of the satellite feeds for every sporting event come in. Both are small pics of massive areas.

I looked at other monitor setups and even got to play with some at work, Including the 49" samsungs. They are great to use and look great to, especially when just using windows to do stuff. With 3 monitors, I like having the flexibility of adjusting the angle of my monitors in relation to what I am doing with the pc. When I am Sim racing I pull the monitors closer to me and set them to a 36* angle between the center and each side monitor because of the distance I sit from the monitor. When I am just browsing the internet and whatever I can flatten out the angles and move them back to make me not have to turn my head to look at each monitor. The same applies to using Microsoft Office software. 5760x1080 pixels lets you do a lot of things.

This is my little corner of the house. It’s an 8’ wide butcher block countertop from Lowe’s. I used ebony stain and several coats of poly. For legs I used pluming pipe. I built the PC a few years ago. i7 something or other, 2080 Super, etc.




I also built a KBDFans KBD67v2 mechanical keyboard with lubed Zeal Zilent switches. The thing is a beast weighing in at like 5 or 6 lbs fully assembled.



I also recently added a Schiit stack and a couple different pairs of headphones (DT770’s and HD6XX’s) for listening pleasure.

 

If I'm using a piece of software and I need guidance (which is usually the case), I can have the software open full screen on the center display and YouTube or a PDF open full screen on the right display. If there are any other folders I need open at the time, I put them on the left display. I do have to turn my head often but I think I would have to do that with a ultrawide also.

I like gaming in nVidia 2D surround (some games look funky but there are work arounds). I played Tachyon: The Fringe (PC game from 2000) and it looks nice but the menus are slightly off.

 

A note to add about the keyboard, it has a Windows lock button that disables the Windows key so you don't accidentally press it in game.

 

Bought some Hue Play lights to replace the janky spotlights with Hue Spots that I was using previously, moved the speakers up, and bought some storage boxes and generally tidied up the desk and cabling. Very happy with my setup now.

Also, my Mionix Naos 7000 died. Only decent mouse I know of that had ring and pinkie rests. I'd have to drop $150+ to import one (no longer sold in US) or buy off eBay. Fortunately, I'm very happy with the Glorious Model D I replaced it with. Weighs nothing!
