Yeah, I am pretty sure my issue is with letting the pellets get kinda juicy.

 

I have 2x Weber Smokey mountain smokers. 18.5 AND 22”. Simple. Run lump charcoal and fist size clumps of hardwood. I have the BBQ Guru blower to simplify both. If I had only got the guru 4 years ago.

hell yeah. Sequoias are very much underrated.

 

I would say it’s one of the best road trip vehicles. So much space and it just cruises.

 

We had a 2011 with over 200k miles. Absolutely loved it. Only reason we sold it was to get a long bed truck to tow our camper with toys in the bed.

 

Can anyone recommend a shop near Charleston to do a cmc or full cab mount relocation?
