Possibly a long shot, but curious to see if anybody knows somebody who is experienced working on the 1GR-FE engines?

Long story short: I have a second gen that I took in for diagnostics thinking it needed a new torque converter/trans however the tranny shop pulled code P0022 (bank 2 over-retarded cam shaft). Took it to Toyota who then said they could do the repair which included new timing chain, guides, gears, oil control valves, & timing tensioner for $6k . $6k became a $14k full engine swap as I assume they got spooked from the 372k original mileage and excessive "sludge".

I am just looking someone or recommendations who has the time and knows what they're doing to come do the repairs at my warehouse in Gloucester, MA. She is currently fully opened up and I have a decent amount of tools here. Pics attached. Thanks in advance!
