Are the male ends of the tailgate hinges replaceable?

Mine are bent in quite significantly and need to be replaced. Is this an easy job? can't seem to find the part online.

 

6611004011 and 6612004011 look to be the parts you need?

 

Not quite, those are the 'female' ends. I need the part that attaches to the body.

 

hmm, alright I didn't see those available. Picture was not too descriptive where I was looking
