    I'm not really annoyed per se by anything anyone else does to his truck. But there are a few things that leave me scratching my head. I think my biggest WTF? is people with more recent models equipped with AA/AP mounting their phone to the dashboard. Do they not realize they can plug in an have their phone mirrored to the display on the head unit?

    Or maybe they want the interior of their truck to look like a cop car with a bunch of crap bolted to the dash....

    Oh look, another mod....
    I am guilty of a lot of the mods that people have posted about(Grille, bed cover, etc). I don't have raptor lights (I know my truck isn't a Ford), and the Gashole option is just dumb. What's wrong with a toneau /bed cover? I have one because I don't want people seeing what's in the bed of my truck!

    But I did buy the Pro grille. I bought it because a few reasons:

    1) I thought it looked like the heritage "Old School" style grills from the 80's.
    2) I hated that big Toyota logo and all the chrome trim. I wanted to delete that.
    3) The new grill allowed me to raise my front facing trail cam to the top of the grill. When it was stock, it was at the bottom. After I installed a new bumper, I was worried it would get in the way, and I was right.
    4) It goes to the overall aesthetic of the truck: Blue & Black.

    It is for looks, but (for me) serves a purpose. But whatever you want to do to your truck, do it. It's your truck and your money.


    Feel free to roast me and my truck if you want! :headbang:

    Haha that’s me too. I know I could just hang it on the fuel door clip but that’s one extra step. Never hurt me just letting it hang like that.
    I guarantee before a gas cap holder became “a thing” no one ever went *shit! what am I gonna do with this gas cap!”.
    Bonus comment - I don’t believe that little loop in the cap tether was intended so you can hang it on the door clip, my theory is that its to allow stretching so you don’t pull the tether so hard it breaks.
