    working on it... :-)
I'm getting ready to finally install my custom front bumper this weekend. I'm more than a little nervous, but I am determined to do this myself. (Many moons ago, I installed an ARB front bumper on my Cherolee by myself, so I do have a wee bit of firsthand experince.) In this instance, there are no install instructions. My initial measurements indicate that at least the lower 2/3 - 3/4 of the front clip fascia will have to removed.

To those who do this kind of work for a living, and for those brave souls who've done this, what are the best, safest tools to tackle this job with? I don't want to invest a ton of cash into specialty tools for a one-time job, but I also don't want to cheapskate things and end up with a garbage-looking trim job. What will cut the plastic front clip cleanly without melting or scarring it? Advice and lessons learned (good AND bad) are much appreciated!!! Photos will follow in a separate thread.
