2003 Tacoma 4x4 TRD Lunar Mist Metallic

I've got a set of 4X Innovations double cab rock sliders that I need welded on a 1st gen. I had a guy on Tacomaworld who was going to do it, but I haven't been able to get him to respond to me in a several months. Looking for someone in East Texas who knows what he is doing (which sure isn't me when it comes to welding). Recommendations appreciated!
