I live very rural, no service like rural and would like to play downloaded Amazon prime playlist on my 2019 Entune.
I thought I could use blue tooth, source: iPhone 12, but still can’t get it to play. I tried using the wired connection, but to no avail.
    What am I missing here?
Anyone with the same peripherals that got things working by chance?
I’ve been trying for over a week now, and just about ready to delete everything from my phone and entune system and start over…

Couldn't tell yea. I can live stream or play downloaded on the phone. I do not know squat about the Amazon thing.. also I use no added app for the DL music. Straight bluetooth in.

    Dumb question

is the phones volume AND the radio volume turned up? I have a habit of turning the Bluetooth speaker up, but leaving the phone’s independent volume at zero

yes, I checked the volumes, and am going to scrub all my personal data and try it again after reloading.. I was having trouble with Alexa as well, and this seems to be the general consensus on the fix for that, I believe they are intertwined.. as a prime member, I’m allowed full access free of charge to the music library, so we’ll see if I’ve cracked the code..

    Oh look, another mod....
I'm not in a rural area, but 98% of the time, I only listed to my music that runs off of my USB thumb drive. I bought a mini usb from Amazon. I dumped all my music to it then plugged it in. I go to the Audio section of my Infotainment system, select "Source", then choose the USB when it becomes available.

    WaaLaa, you're done.
