My coolant seems to be fine. It’s below full line but it’s been there for a while.

    No over heating?
And is the level I. The radiator level good?

If so, I would not suspect a blow gasket so soon.

I do compression tests a lot on aluminum heads. I've never had an issue with spark plug threads. I've heard Fords can have issues with the spark plug threads. The compression test should be done when the engine is at operating temperature. The throttle should be wide open. The compression numbers being close together to one another is a lot more important than the actual numbers. If a compression test is done when the engine is cold the numbers will be lower than if it was warmed up, but it's more important that the numbers are close together, so it's fine to do the test on a cold engine. A compression test on a cold engine will let you know just as fast that there's a problem as it would on a warm engine.

I'd buy a cheap test kit at the auto parts store to check for exhaust in the coolant. Next a leak down test is supposed to be done but personally I'd do the compression test before a leak down test. The leak down test is more work. If there's exhaust in the coolant and cylinders compression numbers are far apart I'd say it's time to tear into it deep.

When are you seeing smoke? How much smoke is it? If it's first start in the morning after it's been sitting overnight, the likely cause is valve seals leaking. Nothing to be concerned about, just check your oil level occasionally.

You do not have a head gasket issue. More than likely a valve seal. If it’s not doing every start up. Keep an eye on the oil level and enjoy the truck.
