Edit: I searched on the google for OEM Tacoma lower control arms, basically.

Well I finally figured it out. A few months before my noise started I removed my nerf bars/step bars and the bolted up to the cab mount. So I got the idea to remove the panels around the cab bolt under my left foot and drove it and I could feel the pop right under my foot and hear it alot more. So I did some investigating and found the cab bolt would try and turn and cause it to make a pop noise. I put my nerf bars back on and haven't heard the noise sense. So from what I can tell that cab bolt wouldn't tighten up all the way when the nerf bars were off. I like my truck better with my nerf bars so gonna leave them back on.

If you get tired of the nerf bars you can always put a locking washer on and try that.
