    I'm fat old and brok3n! Spent the weekend re-arranging the garage to fit a 10x10 workout area in the corner.

    Slapped together 3 industrial-ish type shelves weighing in from 80 to 150lbs moved all the crap reorganized all the crap, pulled all the old crap out of the garage to the curb, threw away a ton of crap.

    I'm fucking sore as hell! Lower back is shot and I'm going to need a week of recoup to even think about starting to work out. Maybe this was a bad idea! Should keep my fat ass, drunk, and on the couch!!
