People do it to discourage anyone from parking next to them because the half-filled parking they're sprawled across act as sort of a buffer. If the lot is full at all, it's really self-centered. If the lot's mostly empty, it doesn't bother me.

Or maybe I'm giving them more credit than I should and they're just incompetent morons who haven't figured out what those white lines mean…

Putting the covers on isnt difficult, just take your time and work it over your seats. I just have sore fingers afterwards but definitely worth it

Swapped the head unit from a 2019 Entune 2.0 to a 2021 3.0. Really easy conversion with the harness from autoharnesshouse.com Everything plugged in and functions as it should. Sound quality is a little better and apple carplay is nice. Now, I'll be researching a full audio system upgrade minus head unit.

Finally got around to installing my Cascadia 4x4 Solar panel that has been sitting for waaaay too long. Hadn’t had time with the constant travel. Took a few hours, but so far I’m impressed.

I just got the same ones sitting in the garage. How was the center console cover install? I did it on my 2nd gen but didn’t like how loose it felt so I took it off.

I needed to find something else to paint red, so I painted my tow hook. Yes, I was bored.

it is only a F150...why park like that?

and I also always want to park those types in, but they are so self centered that I would not put it past them to scratch up my truck on purpose getting in to their cars

I love my Icon RXT leaf pack. I am running Elka 2.5 extended travel shocks and struts with external reservoirs. I was originally going to purchase a Deaver Expedition pack, but the wait times persuaded me to do the RXT instead (they were in stock at my local off road store).

I'm running the "stage 2" setup, and I like that it's configurable if I ever add more weight or remove weight. I think their advertised lift is pretty accurate. I netted about 1.75" of lift, and I run about 200 lbs of "everyday" extra weight, between gear that I carry in the bed and my Diamondback HD bedcover. Whenever I install my Front Runner Load bars and my RTT (about 200 more pounds), I only lose about 1/4 of an inch of ride height, and it actually rides a little better.

I think if I wasn't running any extra weight at all, the stage 1 option would be perfect.

Re-did my swingout latch. It used to be front/back direction of the truck, but it kept cracking/breaking since it was twisting against the weight of the tire. Put the latch left/right and it seems a lot sturdier

    20210910_173107.jpg

Also started on a tcase skid. Piece of 1/4" plate ran me $22 at the metal yard. Going to run straps down the length of it for more support.
