Short storytime....

I went to visit Rob over the weekend at work when he worked at an equipment auction out near that area. As I'm sure you and @JaCado are aware, most of those types of places are definitely in the hood. Fences, barbwire, etc...

I had time to kill before the auction ended and we all went out for grub so I decided I'd head over to a thrift store I hadn't been to before... Gotta love GPS. Where did I end up at? Right in the middle of Oak Park at the most hoodiest thrift stores I've ever been to (it was fabulous) and it was in such a great area they actually had a cop at the front door

I do my thing and head back and Rob asks where I ran off to. You went where ?



I didn't realize/care where I had gone but in hindsight I may have made a not great decision that day aside from some clothing purchases.

That's awesome! I've got a friend with a huge bonsai collection and that may make it his way as a birthday present.

 

Mrs Gritto is on Cape Cod with her college roommate.
They do a girls only trip every year.
They left Saturday.

So a few minutes ago she sends me a picture from the ferry to Martha's Vineyard.
The first one she has sent.



I told her to try a little harder.

We good the wife stayed home from work so.. I stayed home wif her … just some wind right now lil rain here and there Woke up at 1:30 wif a band coming through got soaked outside unplugging sum drains wif grass clippins and leaves

 

Mom made me more caps to wear while at work Nap time I guess. Hope everyone has a good day.
