I drive a 2014 Toyota Tacoma TRD sport 4x4. When I bought this truck it had bilstein shocks and struts on it . I’m looking to lift the truck a little , I heard 3 inch all the way around was best . This is my first lift so I’m new to this and looking for advice on what to buy. Really interested in the 5100’s but am open to other lifts . I bear hunt up in West Virginia so a lot of back road driving . Thanks in advance!

Do you know what kind of Bilsteins are on there? I thought the sports had something else, but I’m probably wrong.
Around the price point of the 5110s is the Eibach kit as well. There might be a few others as well. The thread on Eibach is here. I’m not sure what the ride quality at 3” for either of those but when you get to about 3” lift the cv boot fins start to rub and UCAs might be recommended. I’m not 100% the Eibach is a 3” lift either.
Does VA have a lottery system in place for bear tags as well?

So I was thinking about going with this but my question now is what should I choose for a rear lift option and a differential drop ?

Sorry about that, MD has a lottery type system for bear hunt/permit. I was just curious if VA was the same. I don’t hunt or anything, just what I’ve read.

That lift is a good choice from what I’ve read. I’m sure there is a thread around here focusing on that lift. I have the Ironman Foam Cell Pros, so can’t answer questions on that one. I will say, Ironman has full leaf packs for under 460 for both. They are out of stock now but you could order them with the sale price, I think.
Most people say diff drops really aren’t needed.
This thread will help you more than I can lol- https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/tacoma-lift-faq-guide-read-this.11282/
