Maybe I should have took some pics before I started the upgrades.

This truck has been in the family for a long time. The clear coat has burned off on all the metal panels, allowing it to get stained. The shocks were out among other things but it still runs strong!

It’s since been handed down to me since previous owner, my mom, doesn’t drive it.

    So far...

-Tacoma sport wheels with AT tires
-Rough Country suspension , 3 inch lift

    Soon...
    -New windshield
    -New headlights
-New front bumper and bumper lights
    -Remove the oem running boards
-Dye carpet black or try at least
-Seat covers, leather ones are torn

Originally I had bought TRD 16’s for it BUT THEY DIDN'T FIT. This is what I learned in case anyone has the same situation.

4Runner SR5 has smaller “WG” casting calipers and smaller rotors to fit 16 inch wheels. They come with 16’s stock. The Sport and Limited come with 17’s and bigger “WL” casting calipers + bigger rotors.

Upon checking my Tacoma, I confirmed they also run the smaller WG caliper. I ended up putting the TRD’s on it and left them on. Hence why the stock Sport wheels ended up on the 4Runner.

Pic before I took them off. The backs fit fine it’s just the front caliper that rubs.

I have been searching ebay and the only headlights I see are projector ones. Which I've read bad things about when combining with LED bulb setups. I need to figure that out soon because these original lights are done for.

Considering giving vinyl wrapping it myself a try because of the paints clear coat issues.

    That’s an 03-05. Nice nonetheless.
